Our Wrestling classes are designed to build strong, agile, and confident athletes through the fundamentals of takedowns, control, and pinning techniques. Whether you're training for competition, cross-training for another sport, or just looking for a high-energy workout, wrestling develops both physical and mental toughness in a dynamic and challenging environment.
We offer classes for all skill levels age 7+, with a focus on proper technique, conditioning, and sportsmanship.
