Adults and Teens - Term 4, 2025!
Our MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) classes offer a well-rounded training experience by combining ground combat (grappling) with stand-up techniques (striking and kickboxing). Students learn how to effectively transition between these two styles, gaining practical skills for both self-defence and overall fitness.

We also provide training and pathways for those who wish to compete and take their skills into the cage.
Students should wear comfortable, close-fitting sports clothing.
Bring water and gloves. Shinguards are recommended for striking drills.
MMA classes are initially available to teens and adults. MMA classes available to those on full weekly memberships only. No casuals or concessions unless invited. Class availability is subject to change.
