Kickboxing is a high-intensity combat sport and fitness activity that combines punching and kicking.
With classes for all ages and levels of skill and fitness, our kickboxing classes help you increase fitness, build strength and improve coordination.
You’ll learn proper technique for striking, kicking, footwork and defensive movements, all while keeping your heart rate up and getting an endorphin hit.

We also provide training and fight pathways for those who want to take their skills into the ring.
Bring your own boxing gloves (we have spares for newbies to borrow); bring water and a towel—you’re going to sweat!

Kickboxing 7 - 12 yo

Through a mix of martial arts, boxing, and fitness games, kids will learn basic kickboxing techniques like punches, kicks, and footwork in a safe, supportive environment. Classes focus on discipline, coordination, respect, and teamwork.
